A Mile For Maddie | Benefiting the Maddie James Foundation

Online registration is now closed. We invite you to join us at walk-up registration at 7:00 am in the
Strand Beach parking lot at the end of Selva Road and PCH in Dana Point. $30 adults / $20 children
*We are sorry, but event t-shirts are not guaranteed for walk up registrants.

We invite you to join us at the Third Annual A Mile for Maddie, a 1.2 mile fundraising walk to benefit The Maddie James Foundation. The event will take place the morning on Saturday, May 18th, 2013 in Dana Point. This year’s walk will be extra special as we celebrate the grand opening of the Maddie James Seaside Learning Center!

Following the walk, registered participants are invited to enjoy the Open House Festival at the Ocean Institute. The Open House Festival will feature:

Refreshments
Live Music
Crafts
Self-guided tours through the Ocean Institute and the Pilgrim, a full size replica of an early nineteenth century three-mast schooner.
Fun activities for the whole family!

A Mile For Maddie is a stunning, 1.2 mile walk along an exceptionally scenic coastal bluff in Dana Point, California.

The individual who raises the most money for this year’s walk will earn an original, signed Chinese brush art painting created by Wyland. Wyland will personally award the prize at the Club Honu dinner.
